The Conversation is Evolving

For the past few years, we’ve shared this weekly article called The Intentional Leader.
Through this weekly writing, the community we've built and the work we have been doing, our perspective has evolved.
We’ve found ourselves shifting from conversations focused primarily on the individual to conversations focused on the organization itself: the systems people operate inside of, the patterns teams fall into, and the conditions that either support or limit adaptability.
Because many of the challenges organizations face aren’t just individual problems. They are deep-rooted system problems.
So we’re taking a short pause over the next couple of weeks as we rethink and rebuild this series into something more aligned with the work we believe matters most right now.
Thank you to everyone who has followed along and been part of these conversations with us. We’re excited for what’s next.
