EXPLORE OUR ONE OF A KIND APPROACH
It’s not because you don’t have smart people or good strategy.
It’s because the real issues live beneath the surface — in culture, systems, and hidden dynamics no one’s addressing.
When Solutions
Don’t Stick…

Real Change
Begins at the
Root.
Most fixes only treat the symptoms — adding new processes, new trainings, or new strategies on top of old problems.
We take a different
approach.
Like functional medicine for organizations, we uncover the root causes of friction — misalignment, culture breakdowns, adaptive blind spots — and solve them where they start. Because solving root problems creates lasting change.
Rooted in Science
We’ve studied alongside leading researchers in adaptive leadership and systems thinking, and integrate those insights with the discipline of professional cognitive coaching.
The result is a science-backed approach that is as practical as it is transformative.

Our Process
awareness
Using cutting-edge tools, we uncover what is really happening inside your organization. Adaptive Capacity Diagnostics and Systems Mapping shine a light on the dynamics and challenges you can’t afford to ignore.
Awareness alone doesn’t create change. We guide your team to interpret what they’re seeing — uncovering the beliefs, behaviors, and blind spots that drive recurring challenges. By building shared understanding, we turn awareness into alignment.
understanding
With clarity and alignment, we guide you to tackle the human behaviors that drive change. Through tools like facilitation and cognitive coaching, we turn insight into daily practice, building adaptability that endures.
action
It works —
for good.
We’re not in the business of quick fixes. We partner with CEOs, executives, and organizations who want real, lasting change. Building alignment, adaptability, and resilience that stand the test of your toughest challenges.

Eric Kebschull
Eric’s mission is rooted in a simple belief: work should create a better quality of life, not diminish it. Too many organizations leave people burned out, undervalued, or stuck in systems that no longer serve them. Eric is passionate about changing that reality by helping leaders and teams adapt with resilience, clarity, and intention.
His journey wasn’t traditional. Burnt out after nearly a decade of grinding in the insurance industry, Eric’s passion for making the workplace better for others was ignited. Since then, he has dedicated himself to studying the science and practice of adaptive leadership, systems thinking, and applying these concepts to the real-world challenges organizations face today.
Through direct study with world-class researchers and practitioners, Eric has built a foundation of expertise in leadership and organizational transformation, earning certifications such as:
-
Associate Certified Coach (ACC) – International Coaching Federation
-
Adaptive Leadership Training – Harvard Kennedy School & Kansas Leadership Center
-
System Dynamics Courses – Worcester Polytechnic Institute
His vision is a future where work feels sustainable — where people’s contributions matter and organizations are equipped to thrive in the face of complexity.
